Make Porridge by instructions on pack

1 Cup Porridge      2 Cups of Water
Microwave 2 minutes        Stir     Microwave another 1 & 1/2 minutes       Stir
Using half the Porridge add 1 Tablespoon Cream (7g Fat) + dash of Milk
=8g Fat 
To make it fatter
1/2 Sachet Scandishake (10.5g Fat)
=17.5g Fat 

1 Weet Bix + Milk
The Chubby Bubby Part:
5g Lecithin 4.55gF  55.25cals      10g L.S.A Mix 4gF  65cals
1 ts Psyllium Husk (optional)      10g   Wheatgerm 7gF 37cals
Woolies UHT Soy 7.05gF 95cal
= 16.gF approx
or  220mls of Cows Milk  4gF
= 12.gF  approx
4 x Creon 5,000  or  2 x Creon 10,000

If Bubby is tolerating and enjoying his Hippy Breakfast try doubling the mix  (ie 2-4 yo)

2 Weet Bix  or Medium serve Porridge  or  Cereal of choice

The Chubby Bubby Part:

10g Lecithin 9gF 110cals   20g L.S.A Mix 8gF  130cals
1 ts Psyllium Husk (n/a)    10g Wheatgerm 7gF  37cals
220mls of Milk or Woolies UHT Soy 7.05gF 95cal
= 32.gF approx    4 Creon 10,000

What a way to start the day!!

Consisted of:
2 Weet Bix or   Small serve Porridge  or Cereal of choice
Fat Boy Part:
10g Lecithin 9gF 221 cals     10g L.S.A Mix 4gF 129 cals
1 T Unprocessed Oat Bran (n/a)     1 ts Psyllium Husk (n/a)

20g Wheatgerm 1.4gF 77 cals    220mls of Milk of your choice

Woolies UHT Soy 10.34gF 140cal
= 24gF = 3 x Creon 10,000 or  6 x Creon 5,000

2 Eggs (10g Fat) + 2T Cream (14g Fat) + 1/2 Sachet Scandishake (10.5g Fat) +1 ts Parmesan (1.7g Fat)=36.2g Fat

Whisk ingredients     Microwave 40 seconds    Whisk   Microwave another 30 seconds
Repeat until you have your desired texture!
