1 Whole Roast Chicken
Break Chicken Meat up in to bite size pices
or Breat fillets/Tenderloins Fried or Boiled
To Make My Curry Sauce Make a Roux
Heat a big dob of butter in a deep frypan or saucepan
add flour and stir, then add some milk a little at a time to
make a white sauce
Add Curry Powder to Taste
and a squirt of Stock Paste or a Stock Cube
if it’s too thick add some more Water or Stock
+ Salt and Pepper
Toss Chicken into Curry mix along with Vegies
Takes 20 mins Tops
