RECIPES Egg

2 Eggs (10g Fat)   1/4 Cup Grated Coon Cheese (6.4g Fat)
2 Rasherw Bacon Diced Thinly & Fried (14  g Fat)
2 Tablespoons Cream (14g Fat)  2 minute noodles (Cook & drain water)
Salt & Pepper to Taste   (optional   20g Parmesan (7.7g Fat))
add 1/4 cup cooked vegies   (leftovers)
Dice Bacon as small as you can and Fry  Place cooked noodles in a small oven dish
(ramikin) spread bacon, vegies etc  over top then sprinkle Cheese over the top of that
Whisk egg with cream (and Parmesan ) add salt & Pepper   Pour over Noodle Mix   bake in oven
= 52g Fat divide into 2 – 4 serves
Key:  Cheese:   1/2 C = 50g     1/4 C = 25g  I used Coon Pizza Cheese
Divided in half (2 serves) = 26g Fat per serve
Divided in  4 serves = 13 g Fat per serve
