½ C Water 40g Butter 24gF ½ C Flour 2 Eggs 11gF 1 C Mashed Spud
¾ C Tasty Cheese 36gF 2 ts Basil ½ ts Garlic Salt ¼ ts Paprika S & P
Oil to Deep Fry
Combine water & Butter in saucepan bring to boil, stirring,
until butter is melted.
Add sifted Flour all at once, stir vigorously over heat until mixture
leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.
Transfer to bowl.
Using beaters add eggs one at a time; beat on a low speed until smooth.
Stir in Potato, Cheese, & Condiments.
Roll 2 ts into a ball and deep fry for 30 seconds til golden

total 71gF / (divided by)

add 2g fat per ball for deep frying
ie 71g Fat/8 balls = 8.88 + 2gF (frying) = appx 11gF per ball
